What do you do when you've had an accident?
it will be towed to SGI's Commercial Claims Centre where an estimate of repairs will be completed. The adjuster will ask you which repair shop you would like your repairs completed at and they will arrange to have your vehicle towed to the repair shop of your choice.
please fill out an on-line accident report on SGI's website or call the SGI Claims Centre most convenient for you and make a report to them. SGI will set up an appointment for you to drive through their claims centre and get a repair estimate done. A & B Autobody is an Elite status repair shop with SGI which means we are able to do your estimate here rather than having you go to a SGI Claims Centre.
please bring it with you when you come to A & B Autobody. Or you can call us with your claim number and we will be able to download the claim. We will order any parts required and then book your vehicle in when we have all the parts.
you may be eligible for a replacement vehicle at no charge to you. We can also arrange a replacement vehicle for you if you have loss of use coverage on your insurance policy. A & B Autobody also offers replacement vehicles at no additional cost to our customers. We also provide a shuttle service.
